Yes! Our Starter plan includes 50 free screenings per month, perfect for small teams or trying out the platform. No credit card required to get started. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime as your needs grow.

What file formats are supported?

We support PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats. Our AI can extract and analyze text from these formats regardless of layout or design. For best results, ensure resumes are text-based rather than image-only PDFs.

How fast is the screening process?

Screening typically completes within a few minutes per resume. Bulk screening of multiple resumes happens in parallel, so you can process large batches efficiently. Results appear in your dashboard as they're completed.

Can I customize the screening criteria?

Yes! You can define required skills, preferred qualifications, experience levels, and education requirements. Our AI adapts to your specific criteria for each job posting. Enterprise Gold plans and above also include custom scoring rules for advanced customization.

Pricing & Billing

How does billing work?

You're billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. All plans include a set number of monthly screenings. If you exceed your limit, you can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional screenings at a per-screening rate.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We'll prorate charges accordingly.

Do unused screenings roll over?

No, unused screenings do not roll over to the next month. However, annual plans typically offer better value with higher monthly limits and lower per-screening costs.
